After the Dragons Den session, I continued making the second art toy to post on Instagram. Started with the illustration.
The second art toy

The second art toy, Cute Life Balance, represents Hebby, who loves to make life feel cuter and cheerful by putting many stickers on everything. If there is a space, Hebby will fill it with cute stickers!
I drew the illustration and posted a video of the process on Instagram on October 24, 2024.

After I posted the illustration, I started making the art toy and recording every step. Then, I posted the art toy on October 26, 2024.

Then, I checked the insights of both posts, which show that people still engage more in art toys posts than illustration posts. (The insights were updated on November 10, 2024.)
- Illustration posts

- Art toy posts

Analysis
I noticed that posts explaining the story received slightly higher engagement, with more likes compared to posts without these details.
While the popularity of art toys still plays a role in engagement levels, these reactions hint that storytelling and process details might help shift perceptions toward valuing crafts, not just the finished product.
Based on these findings, I will continue sharing process-focused content in future interventions to see if this further encourages my audience to appreciate the creative work behind each piece.
